So Lucy and I had a date last night and we even kissed at the end of it. The sleeves and shoulder seams are reattached and I actually feel like I will wear her in public.
Thanks to Nancie Wiseman's book, I sat down without TV/radio/cat interference and took the process step by step. I was pleasantly surprised to see 1) it took far less time than I thought, and 2) it was far easier than I thought. So much for thinking.
To celebrate, I knit some more on Denim Sock #2 and am now ready to start the heel.
